VoiceTips pilot

For invited pilot streamers Last updated: 1 November 2026
Thank you for helping us test VoiceTips with real viewers and real money. This page lists what is new, what is still rough, and how to reach us. Use Report a problem in Podium's sidebar any time something looks wrong.

1How you get paid

Each tip shows the amount your viewer chose. VoiceTips keeps 10%, and Stripe's actual processing fee for that payment is withheld; the rest is yours. Switch Earnings or the Clip Library to Detailed to see every line.

Set up payouts in Podium → Payouts: accept the Streamer Agreement, then finish Stripe's onboarding (identity, bank or debit card, tax details). Your earnings are sent to your Stripe account, and Stripe pays it to your bank every Tuesday once it reaches $50. Instant Payouts to a debit card cost 1.25% + $1.00 and work below $50 too.

Earnings made before you finish onboarding are kept and sent as soon as you do.

2What is rough

  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the tipper's address. Tippers outside the states where VoiceTips is registered see $0.00 tax; that is expected.
  • Refunds are issued by VoiceTips staff only. If a viewer asks you for one, use Report a problem.
  • Payment methods: cards, Link, Apple Pay and Cash App Pay are tested. Amazon Pay is enabled but less tested.
  • Payout timing: Stripe's first payout to a new account can take a few extra days while it completes its checks.
  • The dashboard is new. If a number looks wrong, tell us: every money figure can be traced, and we would rather hear about it early.

3If something goes wrong

Use Report a problem in Podium (it tells us which page and channel you were on), or email support@voicetips.gg. A clip held for review, a payout that did not arrive, a tip that shows the wrong amount: all of these are worth a report.
